On November 23, three grinding machines were relocated and brought into the E building of our headquarters!

Four grinding machines from Taiyo Koki, the manufacturer that established the category of "vertical grinding machines," are now lined up in the new, constant-temperature E building.
The IGV-7N, the famous machine that made Taiyo Koki, a venture company, famous as a manufacturer of vertical grinding machines, is included in the lineup.

We want to compete not on the basis of cheapness or speed, but on quality and precision.

We will pursue what other companies cannot do, what other companies do not do, and what technologies and skills are needed in the world.
Our universal stance is to place emphasis on the development of engineers and technicians who will serve as the basis for such pursuit.

We are not satisfied with the current situation, but are aiming for even higher goals.

On September 23, the Autumnal Equinox Day, a new vertical combined grinding machine was brought into our new Building E!

It was a cloudy day, but the machine was brought in safely.

In recent years, we have been investing in equipment with great vigor, and we are sometimes asked, "You must be making a lot of money.

Not at all!　

The requests from our existing customers are also escalating, with rapid increases, sudden brakes, and short delivery times.
We are being asked to respond flexibly, but we are not able to do so at present.

The prices of most of the items we purchase and pay to external suppliers have skyrocketed.
We have asked our suppliers to reflect the selling prices in their products.
We are now laying the foundation for building a system that will be sustainable for the next 5 to 10 years by cutting immediate gains.

We will make the best use of the introduced machine, and will do our best to strengthen our system!

Currently, one of our core businesses is the manufacture of large marine engine equipment.
We are asked to manufacture parts for fuel control system units, turbocharger parts, etc., which require a high level of precision control and quality control that may affect the engine specifications.
We are requested to manufacture products that require high precision control and quality control, which may affect engine specifications. We take a certain amount of pride in our work.

We are very thankful that our business continues to operate at a high workload.
We are sincerely grateful for this in these uncertain times.

On the other hand, we have not been able to fully respond to the market fluctuation, especially in terms of delivery time.

As a means of resolving this issue, we are making steady progress with the construction of a new building, which we call Building E.
In order to pursue high-precision processing and precision finishing, we have focused on strengthening the factory foundation.

We will make every effort to make full use of it!

On Tuesday, February 2, after starting work we shipped in and installed a new compact machining center!

We’ve been bringing in these devices one at a time, and this is the fourth one of the same type.
With the installation spread out, this one has been slightly updated over previous ones, and this one has specifications with enhanced automation functions.

By photographing the installation process, we can really feel the changes to our Head Factory.
Steadily performing one dynamic investment after another has allowed us in recent years to turn ourselves around completely.

Currently, our company’s performance is being impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic more and more, so this is really a “do-or-die” situation, but in the ongoing race to develop new technologies that will lead to a carbon-free society, if we only have the capabilities, we believe that this could be a time of great opportunity for us as a manufacturer of units and components.
